This section of the site is dedicated to helping developers of the x86 platform find resources and information on developing for alternative x86 processors.
Developing for alternative x86 processors should be similar to developing for Intel x86 processors. However, there are certain things that programmers should do to take advantage of alternative x86 processors, and there are things to avoid. Developing specifically for the Pentium FPU is the worst thing you can do for a game. Having your software installation run certain hardware tests can also crash systems using Cyrix processors.

The Developer Corner will disappear in the new site design. There is no demand for a section like this. Please write email@example.com if you feel differently.
